Administrative and Environmental Law
Alain is specialised in civil
law, commercial law, and corporate law.
He has extensive experience in advising
and assisting national and international investors with respect to real estate
transactions, such as office buildings, commercial real estate, shopping centers, hotels
and housing developments.
In addition he is experienced
in business law, and advises his clients on acquisitions, corporate law and
Alain is also a very
experienced and successful litigator.
Before co-founding Peeters
Advocaten, Alain was active with Mc Kenna&Cuneo, Akin Gump Strauss
Hauer&Feld, and Loyens & Loeff.
Alain is member of the Bar of
Brussels since 7 January 1991.
Qualified in 1988 at the
« Vrije Universiteit Brussel » (Lic. Iuris)
He has a special degree in European Law, in 1989, at the « Institute of European Studies, Université
Libre de Bruxelles »
Alain is fluent in Dutch, French
and English. He has basic knowledge of German.
