Extension of the several liability

The salary ceilings are adapted annually, as from 1 January, in consideration of the evolution of the salaries, as fixed in accordance with the collective labour agreements for the private sector.

In order to get long-term sick persons back to work a number of special procedures have been introduced.
New obligations for assignment of workers
Cross-border assignment of workers is often branded as a source of fraud and unfair competition. The European union tried to do something about it by enacting after a first directive dated 16 December 1996 (96/71/EC) another directive (2014/67/EU). Belgium has now be it, again, somewhat late amended the legislation accordingly. Does that avert the evil?
