We are very proud to announce that Griet Verfaillie,
partner of our law firm, has earned the ANSI-accredited
Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe
(CIPP/E) credential through the International
Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Griet Verfaillie heads our IP-IT department and advices corporations on ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, formulating and implementing privacy policies and practices, handling complaints and data transfer issues, as well as providing and reviewing contract provisions regarding security and confidentiality in a multidisciplinary team consisting of business and employment lawyers.
